I’ve done everything to make my eyes tired. I spent an hour on the internet, watched TV, read Magazine … but I can’t sleep. I turned the air-condition , put on new bedding and sprayed aromatic fume at the room but still my eye is wide awake.
I am tempted to take the sleeping pills my brother gave me but I am afraid it might do hard than good to me. My bro is a physician and assured me that it’s safe . I trust him but I don’t trust the medicine. what do you think ?

Children, more than often, suffer from various dental ailments because they eat whatever they feel like. From chocolates to ice creams , candies and cookies. They eat these anytime ( even during night time) and often they forget to brush their teeth after consumptions of these sweet products which result in dental problems. My daughter is not an exemption. Below is the image I snapped before we went to a dental clinic. She had tooth abscess , the unbearable pain and difficulties made her vow not to neglect brushing her teeth 3x a day and never eat sweets before going to sleep.
Since then, I am very careful with our dental care. I non-Fluoride based toothpaste and check the toothbrush and bristles carefully. I believe that bristles are need to be changed at regular intervals. I ensure that my children have healthy diet and food rich in minerals and calcium, so that they develop a perfect dental health. Flossing is very important. I taught my children to floss their teeth for couple of minutes after every meal. I rad from Denstist Jacksonville site that we should never miss our regular dental checkup. Just because we are not having any pain or troubles we need not ignore our dental health.
